A hand-turned wooden bowl where natural materials and decorative details meet in a calm and rustic expression.
The bowl measures approx. 26 cm in diameter and is approx. 6 cm high. The wide rim is painted in burnt umber with a marble effect that provides life and variation to the surface. Around the rim, 12 glass tiles in blue and white tones, inspired by traditional Moroccan patterns, have been inlaid.
The wood has been deliberately left visible in several places to emphasize the material's natural character. The bowl also has a visible crack in the wood, which is not a flaw, but part of the wood's history and expression. This gives the bowl a rustic character and highlights that each piece is unique.
The bowl is well-suited as a decoration on a table or sideboard, but can also be used for nuts, fruit, or anything else that does not contain liquid.
Each bowl is turned individually in the workshop, and no two are exactly alike.
Wood is a living material, and small variations in structure, color, and expression are a natural part of the craftsmanship.
