Welcome to Grandpa’s Corner! We aim to provide reliable and transparent shipping for all our handmade products. This Shipping Policy outlines how delivery, shipping costs and related matters are handled when you shop with us.


Shipping options and delivery times

All orders are shipped from Norway. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, selected shipping method and production time.

Standard shipping:
Typical delivery time is
3–7 business days after dispatch.

Express shipping:
Faster delivery options may be available where possible, with estimated delivery times of
1–3 business days after dispatch.

Production time:
Many of our products are made to order. This means that production time may be added to the delivery time. Production typically takes
1–5 business days, depending on the product.

While we do our best to meet the stated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, transport disruptions or public holidays.


Shipping costs and destination-based rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the selected shipping method and the applicable shipping rates for your country.
All available shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Taxes, duties and import charges

Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information where tracked shipping is available. This allows you to follow your parcel until it reaches you.


Delivery address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address details, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.


Uncollected parcels

If a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s specified time frame and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. The cost of reshipping must be covered by the customer.


Damage during transport

If you receive an item that has been damaged during transport, please contact us immediately at kontakt@bestefarshjorne.no, including photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
