Standard items: Items that are not personalized can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Customized and personalized products: Products that are custom-made with your own image, engraving, or other personal customizations cannot be returned unless they have a defect or damage.

Item condition: Items must be in unused condition, with original tags and packaging intact.

Return shipping: The customer covers return shipping, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
How to return

Pack the item securely, and include the order confirmation or other documentation confirming the purchase.

Send the package to our return address within 30 days of receipt.
Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the return, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.

The refund will be credited to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Customized products are only refunded if there is a manufacturing defect or damage.
