1. Introduction
Welcome to Grandpa’s Corner. By shopping in our online store, you agree to the following terms and conditions. We recommend that you read them carefully before using the website.
2. Products and services
Grandpa’s Corner offers a range of handmade products, including hand-turned wooden bowls, puzzles, children’s toys, tumblers and other unique items.
We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, prices and images are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update product information without prior notice.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in the selected currency and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Payment is made using the payment methods available in the online store. By completing a purchase, you accept the prices and terms applicable at the time of ordering.
4. Delivery and shipping
Orders are shipped from Norway. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and production time.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the selected shipping method and destination. We make every effort to ensure fast and secure delivery of your order.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
As many of our products are made to order and personalised according to customer specifications, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products.
If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

6. Personal images and file uploads
When ordering personalised products that require image uploads (such as photo puzzles), it is important that the images are of sufficient quality to ensure the best possible result.
We recommend the following minimum resolutions:
- A4 (210 × 297 mm): at least 2500 × 3500 pixels (300 DPI)
- A3 (297 × 420 mm): at least 3500 × 5000 pixels (300 DPI)
- A3+ (329 × 483 mm): at least 4000 × 6000 pixels (300 DPI)
If an image has insufficient resolution, we will inform the customer. If the customer nevertheless chooses to proceed, this is done at the customer’s own responsibility.
7. Privacy

8. Limitation of liability
Grandpa’s Corner is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, damage to property or financial loss.
Products must be used in accordance with their intended purpose and any provided instructions.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
9. Changes to the terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes take effect once published on the website. It is the customer’s responsibility to stay informed of the current terms.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Norway, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
